Shipping policy

All shipments are FOB Melbourne, FL for most items. Some bulk items will be drop shipped FOB the factory. Unless instructed otherwise, we ship the most economical way. If requested, we can ship Collect on your account or COD. Damaged Shipments Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. All claims must be made within 10 days of delivery. Please notify the carrier immediately if there is a problem. Returns Please call for an RMA number for all returns prior to sending product back. Returns are subject to a restocking fee. Special and/or custom order may not be returnable. All sales are final within 10 days of receipt. Used or damaged products are not returnable unless due to shipping or manufacturer defect. Credits will be applied to your account toward payment of open invoices or toward future purchases.
